How do I connect Grolyst to ChatGPT?
After creating your account and setting up your Brand DNA, go to ChatGPT and type @grolyst in any conversation. ChatGPT will prompt you to connect your account through OAuth.
Why isn't my Brand DNA showing up in ChatGPT?
Make sure you've saved your Brand DNA in the dashboard and that you're logged into the same account in both the web app and ChatGPT. Try refreshing the ChatGPT page or reconnecting the app.
Can I use Grolyst with multiple brands?
Yes! Pro users can create multiple Brand Profiles and switch between them. Each profile has its own Brand DNA, snippets, and settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account Settings page in your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at support@grolyst.com with your account email and we'll process your deletion request within 30 days. This will permanently remove all your data including Brand DNA, snippets, and drafts.
